The Code of Ethics sets out the main values that guide Eni’s actions. Everyone in Eni, along with those who work with us towards the same objectives.
Eni encourages the adoption and effective implementation by all its subsidiaries of adequate systems for the prevention of the risks of corporate responsibility deriving from crime.
To address the high risks faced by the company in carrying out its activities, Eni has adopted an Anti-Corruption Compliance Program
Eni allows anyone – employee or third party – to submit a report, even confidentially and anonymously, on issues of internal control or other issues that violate the Code of Ethics.
Eni’s Code of Ethics and normative system explicitly declare that “the company is committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights in the context of its activities.
