(hereinafter the “Offer”)

 

Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company (hereinafter “TTPC”) informs that the firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline, which remained uncommitted after TTPC previous offers, is available from June 28th, 2023 on the PRISMA platform, on a “first come first served” basis, now also with a weekly duration.

The offered products are:

-     Gas Year and multiples thereof, starting on October 1st, 2023

-     Calendar Year and multiples thereof, starting on January 1st, 2024

-     Quarters of Gas Year 2023-2024 (Q4 2023, Q1, Q2 and Q3 2024)

-     Months of Gas Year 2023-2024

-     Weeks of Gas Year 2023-2024, starting on October 1st, 2023

-     Week Working Days of Gas Year 2023-2024, starting on October 1st, 2023.

 

For the purposes of the Offer, TTPC also informs that:

Interested parties will find here below the Offer procedure (“Procedure”) and its relevant attachments: Key Contractual Terms of the Gas Transportation Agreement, Registration Form, Declaration, and Power of Attorney.

Participation in the Offer is through the PRISMA platform only (https://platform.prisma-capacity.eu).

Applicants already having an active assignment with TTPC on the PRISMA platform should be aware that the Power of Attorney and the Declaration need to be re-submitted to TTPC.

Applicants not having an active assignment with TTPC on the PRISMA platform are kindly requested to register on the PRISMA platform and to submit to TTPC all the required documentation pursuant to the Procedure.

 

As with previous TTPC offers, the Offer provides for a coordinated and linked allocation of capacity on both TTPC and TMPC transportation systems. However, since also Transmed is now present on PRISMA, the booking process for bundled TTPC/Transmed transportation capacity will be entirely managed through the PRISMA platform. Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company (hereinafter “TTPC”) informs that the firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline remained uncommitted after TTPC previous offers is available from June 24th, 2022 on the PRISMA platform on a “first come first served” basis.

09/03/2022 - Arrangements for the management of System Critical Situations

TTPC would like to remind that, following the activation by the Italian Ministry for Ecological Transition of the Early Warning level of the Emergency Plan for the Italian natural gas system, the specific transportation arrangements in cases of System Critical Situations (“SCS”), published by TTPC on its website on December 23rd, 2021, have become operational.

The above mentioned arrangements are made available to all TTPC shippers, detailed as an addendum to the prevailing gas transportation agreement to be signed between TTPC and each shipper willing to have access to the SCS additional capacity.

Please be informed that TTPC has reached an understanding with Transmed S.p.A., whereby corresponding arrangements under the same conditions will be made available also on the TMPC - pipeline.

09/03/2022 - TTPC FCFS 2021-2022 Offer: Postponment of the monthly capacity booking deadline

With reference to the TTPC FCFS 2021-2022 Offer of firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline, and to the relevant Procedure for participation in the Offer through the PRISMA platform, both published on this website on June 17th, 2021, TTPC informs that, in order to facilitate Shippers’ operations in the current market situation, starting from today and until further notice, the fourth item listed in the paragraph “Booking Rules” of chapter 4 “Offer Procedure” of the Procedure is hereby replaced by the following:

Bookings for a Capacity Band shall be submitted:

                  (i)       For a monthly Capacity Band, up to - and including - the 25th of the month preceding its start;

                 (ii)       For a Capacity Band of any other duration, up to - and including -  the 15th of the month preceding its start.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Procedure remain unchanged.

With reference to the TTPC FCFS 2020-2021 Offer of firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline, and to the relevant Procedure for participation in the Offer through the PRISMA platform, both published on this website on June 29th, 2020, TTPC informs that the fourth item listed in the paragraph “Bidding Rules” of chapter 4 “Offer Procedure” of the Procedure is hereby replaced by the following:

   Bids for a Capacity Band shall be submitted no later than twenty (20) calendar days before its start.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Procedure remain unchanged.

01/08/2019 - Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company Second Offer for Primary Capacity from October 1st, 2019 to October 1st, 2029

As announced on July 19th, 2019, Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company SpA (“TTPC”) informs that on September 4th, 2019 it will hold a second public offer via the PRISMA platform for the firm transportation capacity on the onshore pipeline across Tunisia that resulted uncommitted after TTPC offer on July 22nd, 2019 (“TTPC First Offer”). The capacity, available in varying amounts for each contractual year, will be offered from the Oued Saf-Saf Delivery Point to the Cap Bon Redelivery Point, starting from October 1st, 2019 and for a maximum duration of 10 (ten) years in integer multiples of the minimum duration of 1 (one) contractual year (“TTPC Second Offer”).

 

Interested parties will find, on the TTPC (www.ttpc.eni.com) and on the PRISMA (https://platform.prisma-capacity.eu) websites, the procedure for capacity request and assignment (“Procedure”) and its relevant attachments, as follows:

   Key Contractual Terms of the Gas Transportation Agreement between TTPC and Shipper;

19/07/2019 - Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company Offer for Primary Capacity from October 1st, 2019 to October 1st, 2029

(herein after referred to as the “TTPC Offer” or simply “Offer”)

 

With reference to the Offer, TTPC informs that:

 

a) The agreement with the Tunisian State extending to September 30th, 2029 the exclusive transportation rights in favour of TTPC has been signed on July 2nd, 2019 and ratified by the Tunisian Parliament on July 16th, 2019.

 

b) Should any transportation capacity result uncommitted after TTPC Offer of July 22nd, 2019 (“TTPC First Offer”), then TTPC will offer this uncommitted capacity by holding a second public offer via the PRISMA platform (“TTPC Second Offer”), according to the same principles as TTPC First Offer and on the basis of an updated timetable. For the purposes of TTPC Second Offer, TTPC informs that:

 

The date of TTPC Second Offer will be communicated in a few days and set indicatively at the end of August / beginning of September 2019, taking in due consideration the terms of the capacity assignment process at the Mazara del Vallo Entry Point.

 

Interested parties, already registered and validated for TTPC First Offer, will be considered registered and validated also for the purposes of TTPC Second Offer.

 

Interested parties not yet registered and validated, will find in due time, on TTPC (www.ttpc.eni.com) and on PRISMA (https://platform.prisma-capacity.eu) websites, the relevant procedure for TTPC Second Offer (“Procedure”) and will be kindly requested to register on the PRISMA platform and to submit the requested documentation pursuant to the Procedure.

 

As foreseen for TTPC First Offer, a coordinated and linked assignment of capacity on both TTPC and TMPC systems will apply for TTPC Second Offer. As a consequence, an assignee of capacity pursuant to TTPC Second Offer shall be entitled to execute a gas transportation agreement with TRANSMED for the same capacity, and for the same duration, as assigned by TTPC. Interested parties will find the corresponding documentation on the TRANSMED website at www.transmed-spa.it.

 

c) In the period after TTPC Second Offer and until future TTPC offer procedures are announced, any transportation capacity remaining uncommitted will be allocated on a "first come first served” basis, at the same terms and conditions provided for in the Offers.

 

d) Over the next months, TTPC intends to open a consultation phase with a view to progressively introducing transportation products with duration shorter than one year.

Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company SpA (“TTPC”) informs that on July 22nd, 2019 it will hold a public offer via the PRISMA platform for firm transportation capacity on the onshore pipeline across Tunisia, from the Oued Saf-Saf Delivery Point to the Cap Bon Redelivery Point, starting from October 1st, 2019 and for a maximum duration of 10 (ten) years in integer multiples of the minimum duration of 1 (one) contractual year (“TTPC Offer”).
