Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company Offer for Primary Capacity from October 1st, 2019 to October 1st, 2029

(herein after referred to as the “TTPC Offer” or simply “Offer”)

 

With reference to the Offer, TTPC informs that:

 

a) The agreement with the Tunisian State extending to September 30th, 2029 the exclusive transportation rights in favour of TTPC has been signed on July 2nd, 2019 and ratified by the Tunisian Parliament on July 16th, 2019.

 

b) Should any transportation capacity result uncommitted after TTPC Offer of July 22nd, 2019 (“TTPC First Offer”), then TTPC will offer this uncommitted capacity by holding a second public offer via the PRISMA platform (“TTPC Second Offer”), according to the same principles as TTPC First Offer and on the basis of an updated timetable. For the purposes of TTPC Second Offer, TTPC informs that:

 

The date of TTPC Second Offer will be communicated in a few days and set indicatively at the end of August / beginning of September 2019, taking in due consideration the terms of the capacity assignment process at the Mazara del Vallo Entry Point.

 

Interested parties, already registered and validated for TTPC First Offer, will be considered registered and validated also for the purposes of TTPC Second Offer.

 

Interested parties not yet registered and validated, will find in due time, on TTPC (www.ttpc.eni.com) and on PRISMA (https://platform.prisma-capacity.eu) websites, the relevant procedure for TTPC Second Offer (“Procedure”) and will be kindly requested to register on the PRISMA platform and to submit the requested documentation pursuant to the Procedure.

 

As foreseen for TTPC First Offer, a coordinated and linked assignment of capacity on both TTPC and TMPC systems will apply for TTPC Second Offer. As a consequence, an assignee of capacity pursuant to TTPC Second Offer shall be entitled to execute a gas transportation agreement with TRANSMED for the same capacity, and for the same duration, as assigned by TTPC. Interested parties will find the corresponding documentation on the TRANSMED website at www.transmed-spa.it.

 

c) In the period after TTPC Second Offer and until future TTPC offer procedures are announced, any transportation capacity remaining uncommitted will be allocated on a "first come first served” basis, at the same terms and conditions provided for in the Offers.

 

d) Over the next months, TTPC intends to open a consultation phase with a view to progressively introducing transportation products with duration shorter than one year.
