Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company First Come First Served Offer for Primary Capacity from October 1st, 2020

(hereinafter referred to as the “TTPC FCFS 2020-2021 Offer” or the “Offer“)

 

With reference to the TTPC FCFS 2020-2021 Offer of firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline, and to the relevant Procedure for participation in the Offer through the PRISMA platform, both published on this website on June 29th, 2020, TTPC informs that the fourth item listed in the paragraph “Bidding Rules” of chapter 4 “Offer Procedure” of the Procedure is hereby replaced by the following:

 

Bids for a Capacity Band shall be submitted no later than twenty (20) calendar days before its start.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Procedure remain unchanged.
